ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Nazareno Manuele was born on February 7, 1953, in Mendoza, Argentina.

His passion for motorcycles began at a young age and eventually led him to travel 57 countries over several years, an activity that he still practices regularly.

As a young man, after reading the first article in the local newspaper about a motorcyclist passing through Argentina on his way around the world, something inspired and motivated him to think that he could do it too one day. Since then, the idea became a plan in a mission that, despite all the road traveled, has not yet been satisfied.

For a long time he was planning the probable route and the most interesting places to visit. This solidified when he settled in Sydney Australia and after some time he saw the idea clearer. And that was how in 1987, together with his then wife Patricia, the adventure began to come true.

Despite the many unknowns and the unknown of the road ahead, he never hesitated to meet the goals he set for himself, that attitude undoubtedly helped him overcome all the difficulties that would appear.
He considers himself a free and wandering spirit who has since dedicated himself to fulfilling his dreams and desires.

And this is just the beginning…

To all those who have felt the need to know the world, or part of it, in a different way, be it walking, cycling, or riding; in such a way that by doing so one is part of nature; feeling the heat, the cold, the rain, the perfume of the plantations or the smoke of the industries in the big cities. Seeing how rich and poor live in situ and taking notion of how many we are.

Also to those, who in some way, on many occasions, helped us along the way to overcome obstacles and make the journey through so many unknown places more pleasant.
